Hidden Water

Water is known to be a buildings worst enemy because water will travel to places we cannot see it.  The supply line to the toilet leaked overnight in this commercial building bathroom and the building tenants were able to mop up all the water.  Fortunately they called the Professional Technicians at SERVPRO® of Lake Conroe, Magnolia & Cleveland to have everything double checked and for peace of mind.  Our technicians found water inside the walls and took the necessary steps to make sure everything would dry appropriately to prevent secondary damages and prevent future mold growth from forming.
