Water Damaged Ceiling

This Lake Conroe Area home had a hot water heater leak in the attic.  The homeowner’s were not home at the time of the leak and the water dripped through the ceiling and left a path of destruction.  When wet, paint peels and insulation becomes a soggy mess.  The quick response time of SERVPRO’s Highly Qualified Water Restoration Technicians helped minimize the damage.  The Technicians removed the damaged ceiling and opened up the cavity in order to speed up the drying process.
