Buckling Hardwood Floors

This Lake Conroe Area home flooded due to a broken pipe in the wall.  This is a new construction home and it is not being occupied.  The construction crews did not find the water until the next morning when they arrived to start working.  The entire home had over an inch of water that needed to be extracted.  The hardwood floors expanded, buckled, and warped due to the massive intrusion of water.   With the quick action of our Professional Water Restoration Technicians SERVPRO® of Lake Conroe, Magnolia & Cleveland was able to save the drywall and prevent any future damage and possible growth.
