Leaky Window

This commercial building located in The Woodlands had a window sill leak and each time it would rain the employees began smelling a musty odor.  The business owner called the Professional Technicians at SERVPRO® of Lake Conroe, Magnolia & Cleveland to come and investigate the smell.  Our Water Restoration Technicians found moisture in the wall and a small amount of mold growth behind the baseboards.  The drywall was removed and the mold was properly disposed of.  Next, the wall cavity was dried out quickly and the business was able to use and operate out of this room the very same day.
