Once the Flood Waters Recede

Once a storm has passed and the flood waters recede, SERVPRO® of Lake Conroe, Magnolia & Cleveland’s Storm Teams can begin assessing any damage to your home or office building.   In this “before” picture you can see the baseboards beginning to separate from the drywall.  This is a common occurrence when the drywall is wet, especially drywall that has been wet for any length of time.  Our Professional Restoration Technicians not only dried out the structure of the home but also applied an Anti-Microbial to treat and prevent any future growth and kill the dangerous bacteria that can be found in Natural Flood Waters.
