Hurricane Harvey Roof Leak
The top floor of this Lake Conroe Area hotel experienced a roof leak during hurricane Harvey. Although not a lot of water entered the building, the insulation above the ceiling was wet, and the framing materials needed to be professionally dried. The hotel maintenance department knew that their building would suffer secondary damage and possible mold growth if the leak was not properly addressed. Not only does insulation lose its R-Value once wet, attic spaces provide a dark, damp environment without a lot of air flow that is perfect for mold growth. There is no job too big or too small for the Professional Water Restoration Technicians at SERVPRO® of Lake Conroe, Magnolia & Cleveland.
